FRIDAY, JUNE 12, FROM 5-7 PM
SATURDAY, JUNE 13, FROM 10-12 Noon
SATURDAY, JUNE 20, FROM 10-11:30 AM
Look for the tent near the entrance to Heritage Park on Route 130.
How to Register:
1. Download forms from this website and mail them to:
MYSO, PO Box 266, Mashpee, 02649
2. Download forms from this website and bring them to Heritage Park on
one of the dates listed above
3. Pick up forms at the Leisure Services window at Mashpee Town Hall
4. Fill out forms in person at one of the registration dates shown above
Eligilibity:
1. Between the ages of 5-15
2. Copy of birth certificate required
3. $45 for first child; $35 for each additional child in same family
4. Registrations received after July 1st are "late" and require an
additional $30 fee to be processed
5. Registrations received after July 31st are not eligible.
REMEMBER, REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 30th OR A $30 LATE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE ASSIGNING YOUR CHILD TO A TEAM. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 31st WILL BE RETURNED AS INELIGIBLE.
